As the Director, Corrections Research, Evaluation and Statistics, you will lead the strategic direction of research, evaluation, statistics and performance reporting across CSNSW. In this influential executive role, you will shape the evidence base that informs policy, strategy and operational decision-making, ensuring high-quality insights drive organisational performance, innovation and reform.
You will oversee contemporary research, evaluation and analytics functions, positioning the team as a centre of excellence for evidence-based practice, performance measurement and data-driven decision-making. Through your leadership, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and strengthen the organisation's ability to use research and insights to improve outcomes for the communities we serve.
Working closely with senior executives, government stakeholders, academic partners and justice sector organisations, you will provide trusted strategic advice on complex and emerging issues. You will also represent CSNSW at key state and national forums, helping to shape correctional research, evaluation and performance reporting across jurisdictions and contributing to better outcomes for the justice system and safer communities.

Corrective Services NSW delivers professional correctional services and programs to reduce reoffending and create safer communities. We manage inmates in custody and supervise offenders in the community, working closely with courts, releasing authorities and partner agencies to support rehabilitation, reintegration and community safety.
