Grupo empresarial con operaciones en México y Latinoamérica busca un Director Corporativo de Estrategia y Transformación de Negocio para liderar iniciativas de crecimiento, eficiencia operativa y alineación estratégica a nivel regional.
Responsabilidades clave
Definir y ejecutar la estrategia corporativa de corto, mediano y largo plazo
Liderar proyectos de transformación organizacional y mejora del desempeño
Trabajar de forma directa con Dirección General y Consejo
Evaluar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, M&A y expansión regional
Alinear áreas clave: finanzas, operaciones, tecnología y talento
Perfil requerido
+12 años de experiencia en roles estratégicos o de alta dirección
Experiencia previa en consultoría, corporativos o grupos multinacionales
Visión integral del negocio y fuerte capacidad analítica
Experiencia liderando equipos senior
Inglés avanzado (indispensable)
Salario y prestaciones
Sueldo base mensual: $180,000 a $250,000 MXN
Bono anual: 20% a 35% del sueldo anual (por desempeño).
