About the Role
Flex is scaling rapidly, and the way we run finance has to scale with us. We're hiring a Director of Corporate FP&A to own the company-wide FP&A function and serve as a strategic partner to the SVP of Finance and the broader leadership team. This is a high-leverage role with executive visibility: you'll own the corporate financial model and forecast, lead annual planning, own monthly FP&A processes, and partner on board materials.
Success in this role means bringing a clear point of view on what great FP&A looks like at a high-growth, large scale company — and then building it here. You'll set the standard for forecasting rigor, planning discipline, and business partnership, while also being the person who rolls up their sleeves to own the model, pressure-test the numbers, and ask the questions no one else is asking. You're a player-coach: equally comfortable in the weeds of a financial model and in front of the executive team explaining what it means.
This role is designed to flex up to Senior Director for a candidate who brings exceptional operating range and the ability to drive function-wide transformation — including how we use AI and modern FP&A tools to scale the team's impact. Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, ensuring compensation is commensurate with a candidate's experience and our internal leveling guidelines. For candidates located in our Tier 1 markets (NYC/Bay Area), the base salary pay range for this role is below. For all other U.S. locations, Flex utilizes a geographic pay differential based on a cost of labor index. If you are located outside of the Tier 1 states listed above, your starting pay will be adjusted to align with the market conditions of your specific geographic zone. Please speak with your recruiter for additional information regarding the specific range for your location.
Tier 1 (NYC/Bay Area) $212,000—$265,000 USD

Offices
