Reporting to the CFO, this position partners closely with executive leadership to translate the company’s Value Creation Plan into actionable programs with measurable outcomes and organizational alignment. While titled Business Development, this role functions as a central driver of enterprise initiatives, spanning M&A strategy, operational improvement, innovation, and execution discipline.

This role provides broad exposure to the business and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the company’s long-term growth, operational effectiveness, and leadership alignment.
To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in business administration, management, or closely related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in business development, strategy, operations, consulting, or related field is required. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

At RfR, in-person work at our offices and/or branch locations is a top priority because it allows us to more effectively collaborate, connect, and builds a workplace culture that drives our continued success. This role requires regular onsite presence at RfR offices and branch locations.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to outdoor changing weather conditions and well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation. The employee is periodically exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, extreme cold and heat (non-weather), vibration, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Regular travel is expected (approximately 50%) to support engagement with field operations, leadership teams, and strategic initiatives across company locations.
