How will you make an impact in this role?

This role is a Key Member of Operational Risk Enablement team and leads a highly visible enablement program. This role will provide enablement through producing various executive management reporting materials, which will provide monitoring over requirements associated with Key Risk Programs (RCSA and Issue Management). Having an analytical mindset, with a passion to drive proactive, best in class governance would be crucial for this colleague.

1. Executive Risk & Controls Dashboard

Deliverable

  • Monthly executive dashboard summarizing RCSA and Issue Management health

  • PowerPoint-ready visuals and key messages for leadership review


2. RCSA Program Adherence Analytics

  • Deliverable: Comprehensive analysis of RCSA execution and quality across business units.

3. Issue Management Analytics & Reporting

  • Deliverable: Data-driven monitoring of issue lifecycle and remediation effectiveness.

4. Governance Committee Reporting

  • Deliverable: Creation of executive-level governance materials for leadership forums.

5. Thematic & Deep-Dive Analytics

  • Deliverable: Advanced analysis identifying trends, themes, and emerging risks.

6. KPI/KRI Development & Monitoring

  • Deliverable: Develop and maintain performance indicators for program adherence.

7. Data Visualization & Storytelling

  • Deliverable: Transform complex risk data into executive-consumable insights.

8. Business Performance & Adherence Scorecards

  • Deliverable: Business-unit level adherence reporting.

9. Continuous Improvement Recommendations

  • Deliverable: Provide actionable recommendations based on analytics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in stakeholder management, executive reporting, Issue Management, RCSA governance

  • Business Management and Executive Reporting

  • Data Visualization and PowerPoint Storytelling

  • Tableau / Power BI

  • SQL / Excel Analytics

  • KPI/KRI Development

  • Risk Trend Analysis/ Thematic analysis

  • Stakeholder Management

  • Governance Committee Support

Additional Details:

  • Location: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig 

  • Workplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home) 

  • Work From Home Requirements: 

    • Must have at least 25 mbps internet connection plan / speed 

    • Must have a private & quiet area to work at home
