This role heads the definition, design, execution, and measurement of a targeted, data-driven consumer strategy, integrating precision media, audience segmentation, and full-funnel engagement to drive measurable impact. You will partner cross-functionally across Sales, Commercial Operations, and Market Access to deliver results in a dynamic therapeutic area.
You will own the consumer brand strategy and annual operating plan, ensuring alignment of insight-led messaging, behaviorally informed creative, and channel execution. The role also drives omnichannel engagement, leveraging AI-enabled capabilities and performance data to optimize strategy and outcomes.

Pay Transparency / On-Site Office Policy
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $190,572–$233,538 USD Annual. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
