Director of Insights & Market Intelligence, this position is accountable for being the voice of the consumer and will lead a team of primary research and analytics professionals in support of our brand and portfolio strategies. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the total Foods Portfolio, including brands like Lays, Doritos, Tostitos & Quaker.
The Director of Consumer Insights is a senior strategic leader responsible for translating consumer, shopper, and market data into actionable insights that drive brand growth, innovation, and business strategy within the Foods portfolio. This role partners closely with Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Category teams to embed a consumer-first mindset and enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
