The Director Consumables & Accessories (C&A) is a key leadership role within the Ecosystem organisation, responsible for defining and driving Electrolux’s global C&A strategy, portfolio, and roadmap.
The role will shape and scale the C&A offering to enhance the consumer experience and drive recurring revenue across regions and product lines. Reporting to the Head of (VP) Ecosystem, the role combines strategic direction with hands-on delivery, ensuring measurable consumer and business impact.
What you’ll do:
C&A Strategy & Portfolio:
- Define and lead the global C&A strategy aligned with ecosystem priorities
- Shape a multi-year portfolio roadmap based on consumer insights and market trends
Consumer Insights & Opportunity Identification:
- Analyse consumer behaviour and market data to identify growth opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable portfolio strategies
Innovation & Ecosystem Integration:
- Drive innovation leveraging data, AI, and diagnostics
- Ensure alignment with ecosystem initiatives
Product Development & Technical Alignment:
- Partner with Global R&D to ensure compatibility and quality
- Define interface requirements with product roadmaps
Supplier Strategy & Governance:
- Work with Sourcing and Quality on supplier strategy and compliance
Performance & Value Realisation:
- Track performance and optimise portfolio based on insights
Execution & Cross-Functional Orchestration:
- Enable scaling of C&A launches across regions
- Global C&A strategy and roadmap
- Innovation concepts and enhancements
- Business cases delivered on scope, cost, and time
- Product–C&A interface requirements
- Performance dashboards
