The Communications Director will be instrumental in driving brand desirability, accelerating sales growth, and enhancing customer acquisition and retention. The role leads integrated brand strategies across PR, media, digital, and events to build desirability, drive sales, and ensure brand cohesion, focusing on luxury storytelling, performance marketing, cross-functional leadership (with Creative, Retail, etc.), budget management, and adapting global initiatives for local markets, requiring strong analytical, project management, and senior stakeholder skills.

Key Accountabilities

  • Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement 360-degree communication strategies, aligning local efforts with global brand vision.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a key brand ambassador, ensuring messaging reflects Tiffany's core values (love, inclusivity, creativity).
  • Media & PR: Lead media advertising, public relations, and influencer strategies to drive awareness and sales.
  • Digital & Content: Oversee website content, digital experiences (chat, personalization), and internal comms (intranet, newsletters).
  • Project Management: Manage project lifecycles from brief to execution, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration with Retail, Creative, Legal, etc..
  • Events: Develop and execute high-impact events (pop-ups, PR events, client experiences) to create memorable brand moments.
  • Budget & Analytics: Manage communication budgets and use data to optimize campaigns, drive conversion, and measure ROI.
  • Localization: Adapt global campaigns for regional relevance, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
  • Talent Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of three, ensuring compliance with all company policies, fostering a positive work environment, and embodying LVMH values.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience with at least 3 years in management of communications within a retail environment, preferably luxury.
  • Possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • A collaborative team player who can work independently and proactively to achieve organizational goals.
  • Proactive and strategic thinker with a proven track record of executing 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, and media.
  • Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Passion for the brand and luxury retail.
