The Director, Communications & Change Managementis responsible forleading the communications, stakeholder engagement, organizational change, and capability-building strategy that enables successful digital transformation across the Operating Unit. This role ensures digital initiatives are effectively communicated, understood, adopted, and sustained by aligning business leaders, employees, and system partners around a common vision and shared outcomes.

The Director partners closely with Global Digital Services, Operating Unit leadership, HR, Product teams, and business stakeholders to develop strategic communication frameworks, enterprise change management approaches, and learning programs that accelerate adoption and maximize business value. The roleestablishesthe governance, standards, and engagement models that foster transparency, build organizational readiness, and strengthen digital fluency across the Coca-Cola system.

Success in this role requires exceptional communication, executive influence, organizational changeexpertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to inspire adoption across highly matrixed global organizations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute theOperating Unit communications and change management strategy to support enterprise digital transformation initiativesfor all three Operating Units within EMM (Emerging Multi-Markets)

  • Define communication standards, governance, messaging frameworks, and engagement plans that ensure consistent, effective communication across the Operating Unit.

  • Build and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, including stakeholder mapping, influence planning, executive communications, and leadership alignment.

  • Lead organizational change management activities to prepare leaders, employees, and system partners for new digital capabilities, processes, and ways of working.

  • Develop strategic communication plans that articulate the value, vision, and business outcomes of digital transformation initiatives.

  • Partner with Product, Digital, HR, and business leadersto integratechange management and communications into product delivery and transformation programs.

  • Establish change readiness assessments, adoption strategies, and success metrics tomonitororganizational effectiveness and business outcomes.

  • Lead capability-building initiatives, including digital learning programs, training strategies, leadership enablement, and workforce readiness.

  • Partner withall three OU’sHuman Resources to develop talent, learning, and capability development programs that strengthen digital competencies across the organization.

  • Drive executive communications, governance updates, leadership briefings, and organizational storytelling that reinforce strategic priorities.

  • Measure communication effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption outcomes through defined KPIs and continuous feedback mechanisms.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, continuous learning, and innovation across the3Operating Units

  • Leads the communications and organizational change strategy that enables successful adoption of enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

  • Establishes communication standards, stakeholder engagement models, and change governance practices acrossEMM

  • Influences executive leadership alignment and organizational readiness for strategic business transformation.

  • Drives enterprise-wide adoption, capability development, and cultural transformation that improve business performance and digital maturity.

  • Partners across Global Digital Services, Operating Units, HR, and business functions to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated execution.

  • Shapesemployee experience and organizational effectiveness through strategic communications, learning, and engagement.

  • Navigateshighly complexorganizational change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, business functions, geographies, and transformation programs.

  • Designs innovative communication and engagement approaches that increase awareness, alignment, and adoption of digital capabilities.

  • Balances enterprise strategy with local organizational needs while ensuring consistent execution across diverse markets.

  • Usesorganizational insights, employee feedback, analytics, and adoption data to continuously improve change effectiveness.

  • Solvescomplex business challenges by aligning people, processes, leadership behaviors, and communications around common transformation objectives.

    COMMUNICATION & INFLUENCE

  • Serves as the trusted communicationsand changeadvisor to senior business and digital leadership.

  • Influences executive stakeholders to champion transformation initiatives and reinforce organizational priorities.

  • Develops compelling executive narratives that simplify complex digital strategies into clear business messages.

  • Facilitatesleadership engagement, stakeholder alignment, governance forums, and enterprise communication campaigns.

  • Builds trusted partnerships across business, HR, Digital, Product, and Operating Unitsleadership to accelerate organizational adoption and business outcomes.

    Experience & Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years of experience in communications, organizational change management, business transformation, employee engagement, or related leadership roles.

  • Proven experience leading enterprise communications andchangemanagement for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

  • Strongexpertisein stakeholder mapping, executive communications, influence strategies, and organizational engagement.

  • Experience developing enterprise communication standards, governance frameworks, and change management methodologies.

  • Demonstrated success leading capability-building, learning, leadership enablement, and workforce readiness initiatives.

  • Experience partnering closely with Human Resources, executive leadership, Product, and Digital organizations to drive organizational transformation.

  • Strong executive communication, storytelling, facilitation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience measuring adoption, engagement, communication effectiveness, and organizational readiness using data-driven metrics.

  • Familiarity withProsci, ADKAR, Kotter, or comparable change management methodologies preferred.

  • Expertisein Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, digital communication platforms, and enterprise learning technologies.
