The Senior Business Analyst has deep subject matter expertise in the US Market Access domain including (but not limited to) revenue management, contracting, government pricing, and market access commercial business processes.
The Senior Business Analyst will also operate with a high level of interactive communication and collaboration with the other Business Analysts in the team, acting as a mentor/coach and ensuring that business critical knowledge is shared across the team.
The role will partner with the US Market Access Capability Lead and business colleagues to ensure the quality of cases, lead all aspects of business process build and ensure that proposed solutions meet established AstraZeneca quality and compliance standards and customer experience needs.
The Senior Business Analyst will determine the process and requirements management methodology practices within their function, ensuring that the methodology, quality and compliance standards are adhered to; contributing to internal IT processes and standards for business analysis and build. In addition, the Senior Business Analyst will mentor other Business Analysts to develop their skills and share guidelines in relevant communities of practice.
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for coordinating strategy and developments across projects, to ensure they align to support the AstraZeneca Purpose and Corporate Strategy.
Although the focus of the role will be the Market Access Operations business area, the Senior Business Analyst will be encouraged to work across all areas of US Market Access (except for Access Services).
