Are you ready to turn complex data into crucial actions that shape US Commercial strategy and accelerate impact for patients?
As Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics, you will be the connective force between data, strategy, and execution—partnering closely with US hematology and nephrology leaders to surface opportunities and respond to risks with clarity and speed.
Based in Boston, MA, you will be a visible leader who integrates market research, forecasting, and analytics into recommendations that drive growth. You will translate signals from the market into plans that influence portfolio decisions and brand performance, building tools and models that scale insight across teams. How will you use your ability to see around corners to inform choices that matter now and in the long term?
When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions.
That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and ambitious world.
Here you will use analytics to make a measurable difference for people with rare and devastating conditions, working shoulder-to-shoulder with colleagues in marketing, medical, and R&D who rally around real patient stories and real business decisions. We bring unexpected teams together—data scientists, brand leaders, and clinicians at the same whiteboard—to challenge assumptions and move faster with integrity. You will shape strategy in a setting that blends the agility of a biotech with the reach of a global company, supported by leaders who value kindness alongside ambition and who invest in your growth as you take on complex problems that truly matter.
Step into a high-impact seat where your insights will guide pivotal choices—send us your resume and lead the data-driven decisions that move medicine forward.
