What you will do
Lead the development and commercialization of Lonza's oligonucleotide service offering and growth strategy.
Own commercial strategy execution, driving market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Serve as the scientific and technical subject matter expert during customer engagements, conferences, and strategic discussions.
Partner with Marketing to create technical content, value propositions, and thought leadership materials.
Identifymarket opportunities, competitive differentiators, and emerging industry trends.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Site Leadership, R&D, Portfolio Management, and executive stakeholders.
Providestrategic guidance on oligonucleotide technologies, process development pathways, and commercialization plans.
What we are looking for
Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, ora relatedfield; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
Extensive experience within CDMO, biopharmaceutical, or life sciences industries, including commercial orbusiness development responsibilities.
Expertisein oligonucleotide development, manufacturing, or commercialization.
Strong strategic thinking, program management, and organizational capabilities.
Ability to influence and lead within complex matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills withexecutive-level presence.
Willingness to travel approximately 40% for site visits, internal meetings, industry conferences and customer visits.
