The role is critical in transforming Global Auto Hub from a real-estate-led project into a recognized regional and international automotive marketplace and ecosystem platform.

Commercial Strategy & Tenant Acquisition
• Develop and execute the commercial go-to-market strategy for Global Auto Hub
• Identify and attract:
o Automotive traders
o Used vehicle exporters
o Fleet operators
o Auction houses
o Logistics companies
o Inspection and certification providers
o Refurbishment and service operators
• Develop tenant acquisition strategies for:
o Showrooms
o Warehouses
o Workshops
o Logistics and storage facilities
• Build and manage commercial pipeline and prospect database
• Lead commercial negotiations and leasing discussions
• Support pricing strategy development and commercial positioning
2. Ecosystem & Partnership Development
• Build strategic partnerships across the automotive value chain
• Develop relationships with:
o Banks and trade finance providers
o Insurance companies
o Customs and trade facilitation stakeholders
o Inspection and homologation companies
o Logistics and shipping providers
o Government and freezone stakeholders
• Support development of value-added service offerings
• Identify partnership opportunities that strengthen ecosystem attractiveness
3. Marketing & Brand Development
• Develop Global Auto Hub brand positioning and messaging
• Lead development of:
o Marketing strategy
o Digital presence
o Sales and promotional materials
o Event participation strategy
o PR and media activities
• Establish Global Auto Hub as a recognized automotive trade and mobility platform
• Drive lead generation campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
• Develop customer journey and customer experience concepts
4. Market Intelligence & Commercial Planning
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Monitor automotive trade flows, industry trends, and customer requirements
• Support development of commercial forecasts and demand assumptions
• Provide customer and market insights into strategic planning and budget discussions
• Support annual business planning and forecasting activities
5. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
• Represent Global Auto Hub in meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and industry events
• Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate with internal operational and project teams
• Support Board and shareholder presentations related to commercial activities
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
