Who We're Looking to Connect With

• Experienced leaders within Clinical Operations/Site Management & Monitoring environments

• Strong people managers with proven ability to develop, coach, and lead high-performing teams

• Professionals skilled in overseeing study delivery, resource planning, and operational excellence

• Individuals with strong stakeholder collaboration skills across local leadership and cross-functional teams

• A person available to work in a hybrid model, 3 days per week, from Luton office

Typical Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Development Operations (e.g., CRA, Sr CRA, or leadership roles)

• Proven experience in team leadership, performance management, and coaching

• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and monitoring activities

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
