$179,788 - $235,972 (Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand)

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Minimum twelve (12) years of experience in clinical marketing, medical marketing, or evidence driven product marketing within neurovascular, interventional cardiology, neurosurgery, or related medical device fields.
3. Minimum five (5) years of leadership or management experience.
4. Demonstrated ability to interpret clinical data and translate it into compelling commercial messaging.
5. Strong understanding of regulatory and claims frameworks for medical devices.
6. Experience collaborating with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex science for diverse audiences.
8. Proven track record of developing competitive tools, clinical collateral, and KOL facing materials.
9. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, cross functional environment with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
10. Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
11. Capable of being equally comfortable discussing clinical endpoints with physicians and crafting messaging for sales teams.
12. Ability to anticipate competitive moves and proactively equip the organization with insights and tools.
13. Experience building strong relationships across Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Professional Education.
14. Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Desired Qualifications

1. Advanced degree in life sciences, clinical research, or related field strongly preferred.

Physical

• Extended periods of computer use.
• Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, or speaking.
• Light lifting, up to 25 lbs.
• May be required within the position to be in an environment that can include radiation exposure (such as in Cathlabs).
• Extensive domestic and international travel as required, up to 35%.
