Team Summary
The AP Strategy, Insights & Analytics (SI&A) sits within AP Marketing and serves as a strategic advisory function – the team turns data into action, drives revenue growth through client intelligence, shapes marketing strategy, and positions Visa as the trusted intelligence partner for financial institutions, merchants, and key ecosystem players across Asia Pacific.
and Responsibilities
The Director, Client Insights & Analytics will lead Visa’s client intelligence function across Asia Pacific, combining deep research and analytical expertise with consultative problem-solving to translate Visa’s data, insights, analytics solutions for clients to make smarter decisions, accelerate growth and improve business performance. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Head of Strategy, Insights and Analytics - the Director will nurture strategic client relationships, be responsible for driving new business acquisition through Marketing Services and support Visa Consulting & Analytics opportunities with banks, issuers, acquirers, digital banks, payment providers, fintech and ecosystem partners.
Essential Functions:

Qualifications
We are looking for a driven, articulate professional with deep expertise in insights and analytics alongside proven consultative selling and commercial leadership. They will combine strategic vision with a client-first, revenue-accountable operating style – able to set direction, build teams, manage a P&L, and personally drive the most complex and high-stakes client engagements.
