As an Executive Director in the Client Center Events team, you will be a strategic leader responsible for setting the direction, operational excellence, and client experience across both the Exchange and Rockefeller Client Centers at 270 Park. You will oversee a high-performing team of meeting planners and support staff, including direct oversight of the Catering Vendor Partner and full accountability for the catering subsidy and P&L. You will drive innovation and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards, fostering strong relationships with line of business event teams, in-house partners, clients, executives, and vendor partners.
