As a management consulting generalist at PwC, you will play a vital role in helping clients optimise their operations, improve performance, and achieve strategic objectives. Your work may include analysing business data, developing strategies, supporting management teams, collaborating across teams, optimising tools and technology, improving organisational performance, monitoring compliance, and/or managing change.

PwC Consulting has a strong foundation of clients in the middle market and family business sectors. In addition to serving large multinational corporations, we aim to further strengthen our presence in the second and third tier client segments.

To support this goal, we are seeking a Director / Partner specializing in Technology Strategy & Transformation / CIO Advisory .

Your Impact

  • Lead and support exciting technology strategy and transformation projects for our clients in the middle markets sector.
  • Work closely with executives in the technology environment and develop digital strategies as well as effective business models.
  • Develop creative, high-quality solutions to current challenges of our clients in the key areas of technology strategy, organization, operating-model, assessment and other related topics.
  • Actively drive the acquisition of new projects and clients.
  • Be involved in the further development of the service offering for Technology Strategy & Transformation Advisory.
  • Work in an inspiring team and an international network, receive regular feedback from colleagues and superiors and have access to first-class training in the areas of technical know-how and soft skills
  • Take responsibility for employees in the role of coach and accompany your coachees in their professional and career development.

Your skill set

  • Successful career in consulting and excellent methodological and technical skills.
  • Scientific and/or technical background or in economics and experience in leading and supporting strategic technology or transformation projects.
  • Able to quickly grasp complex scenarios and interrelationships and address them with solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Proven expertise in common methodologies and frameworks (TOGAF, COBIT, SAFe, IPMA, PRINCE, SCRUM, etc.).
  • Interest in the further development of the team and the expansion of the service offering and show initiative to shape them both.
  • Experience in leadership and/or coaching of employees.
  • Convincing appearance and excellent communication skills, which makes you a competent conversation partner for our clients.
  • Very good oral and written skills in German and English, preferably also in French
  • Committed, communicative personality with high flexibility and resilience, you like to work in teams but also independently and at changing locations.
