
The Director, Channels Growth & Strategy is responsible for defining and executing comprehensive growth strategies that drive audience, subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention across Lionsgate’s streaming and digital distribution ecosystem. This role operates at the intersection of data, brand strategy, performance marketing, programming, and business strategy, leading initiatives across SVOD, AVOD, FAST, and partner channels to accelerate performance and scale. Through lifecycle marketing, experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional leadership, this role translates insights into actionable marketing strategies (paid, owned and earned) that optimize the full customer journey while building distinct brands that audiences connect with to maximize long-term value.
