Director, Change Management, Operating Model and Organisational DesignAbout the jobWe’re looking for a Director, Change Management, Operating Model and Organisational Design to provide senior leadership across strategic transformation initiatives. In this influential role, you will shape and implement change strategies that strengthen organisational performance and deliver sustainable behavioural, cultural and operational outcomes.Working across a defined business area, function, location or major project, you will establish a clear vision for change, lead delivery through direct and indirect teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to embed transformation across the organisation.Who we areWorley is a global professional services company of energy, chemicals and resources experts. What you’ll doAs Director, Change Management, Operating Model and Organisational Design, you will:Lead the implementation of change management strategies, plans and initiatives across defined business areas, functions, locations or projects.Develop and communicate a compelling vision and direction for change activities aligned with organisational priorities.Lead operating model and organisation design initiatives that enable strategic transformation and improved business performance.Oversee the development and execution of objectives, policies, procedures and programmes that support evolving business needs.Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver transformation outcomes extending beyond the immediate function or business area.Provide leadership to direct and indirect teams, creating clarity, accountability and opportunities for capability development.Manage multiple complex change initiatives simultaneously, either directly or through others.Partner with senior and executive leaders on matters that influence operational performance and business outcomes.Provide strategic advice, facilitation and coaching to support leaders and teams through significant organisational change.Contribute to systems, processes and tools that improve change effectiveness and strengthen organisational capability.Ensure transformation initiatives are effectively adopted, embedded and sustained across the business.

What you’ll haveA university degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Organisational Development, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Change Management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.Significant senior leadership experience across behavioural change, cultural change and enterprise transformation.Demonstrated experience leading operating model and organisation design initiatives in a complex organisation.Proven ability to engage, advise and influence senior and executive stakeholders.Strong strategic thinking, communication, influencing, facilitation and coaching capabilities.The ability to translate organisational strategy into practical and sustainable transformation outcomes.Sound judgement, resilience and credibility, with a demonstrated ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.A collaborative leadership style supported by strong accountability and commercial awareness.The ability to lead effectively through ambiguity, complexity and competing organisational priorities.Why you should applyLead high-impact transformation initiatives across critical areas of the business.Partner with senior leaders to shape organisational strategy, capability and performance.Influence operating model and organisation design decisions within a complex global organisation.Work within a collaborative and inclusive culture focused on engagement, innovation and sustainable impact.Build and enhance enterprise change capability while contributing to the transformation of the energy, chemicals and resources sectors.Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energised and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
