This role will be part of a platform business operations, enhancement and improvement organization that will fundamentally oversee the ongoing evolution of theDePuy SynthesisERP platform, from deployment to long-term sustainability.

The role will be accountable for supporting core business platform support operations. Specifically, this role will work closely with business partners toenableongoing awareness,adoption, and effective useof the platform as new capabilities are deliveredThis role will alsosupportthe ongoing sustainment of the existing business platform users’ persona-based training structure in learning platforms. Furthermore, this role willhelpmobilizeplatform regressiontesting,businesserrorhandlingandresolution, as well assupportthe development and implementation of the globalplatformenhancement &intake managementprocess. Lastly, this role will helpestablishthe initial persona-based security provisioning process and will partner closely withprogramteams tosupportasmoothtransition from deploymenthypercaretooperatestate.

This individual mustleveragestrong cross-functional businessexpertise,experience supportingtransformative initiatives, ERP platform supportknowledge,and digital acumen to effectivelyengagebusiness stakeholders and process owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the developmentanddeployment ofongoing business user platform enablement and adoption for existing platform business usersongoing business user platform enablement and adoption for existing platform business users

  • Ensure existing ERP platform user community is engaged and made aware of platform status, capabilities being delivered, changes and enhancements

  • Support the platform enhancement and continuous improvement intake process from the platform user community andconnect inputsinto the solution design governance process

  • Partner closely with theoperatestate team and the global business adoption team toleverageapproaches,channelsand materials to ensure the business platform community is aware of and ready to adopt platform enhancements and capabilities.

  • Supportabusiness super userforum to engage the platformSuper-User Networkand serve as a conduit of information between the business platform users and the MTTranSCendcore team.

  • Support globallystandardized approaches to the ongoing sustainment of persona-based trainingcurriculumsleveragingthe training platforms mobilized to support the MTTranSCenddeployment roadmap.

  • Supporta globalpersona-basedsecurity role design and maintenance processthatis implemented and governedthrurobust persona-based design controls and governance

  • Helpensure smooth transitions between program deploymenthypercareandoperatestate

Qualifications

  • Minimum ofBachelor’sdegree required; advanced degree or MBA is highlydesirable

  • Requiresa minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.

  • Requiresa minimum of6years of Supply Chain experience.

  • Preferreda minimum of6years of ERP platform support and/or transformation experience in a healthcare or health services industry

  • Requiresstrong knowledge ofOrthopedicsSupply Chainincluding complexity of surgery kits

  • Demonstrated hands-on project delivery required

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result

  • Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of stakeholders

  • Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, etc.) is helpful

  • Ability to effectivelysupportandparticipateincross-functional decision-making bodiesrequired

  • Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates required

  • Experiencemanaging toproject timelines and milestones in complex business environments required

  • Skilled at engaging and building relationships with business stakeholdersrequired

  • Strongbusiness and digital acumen, including ERPexpertiserequired

  • Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP / system environmentrequired

  • RequiresTravel:upto 25% domestic and international.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
