
Director, Business Development – Retail Network Services (RNS)
Location: Greater Detroit Area preferred (Open to major US markets with travel)

At Helm, we connect major brands to their customers through innovative marketing, technology, and retail network solutions. As we continue to scale our Retail Network Services (RNS) division, we are looking for a high-performing, entrepreneurial sales leader to drive top-line revenue growth, capture new market share, and expand our footprint across the automotive aftermarket and OEM landscape.
We are seeking a hunter. As the Director/VP of Business Development for RNS, you will be the driving force behind acquiring new clients and expanding Helm’s market presence. You will leverage your existing deep-rooted relationships within automotive Parts & Service divisions to pitch, negotiate, and close high-value consulting and network service agreements.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated champion who thrives in a high-autonomy environment and prefers a compensation structure heavily weighted toward performance and variable upside.
