Position Details:
As part of the Finance team, you will report to Chief Financial Officer. The Director, Business Development and Enterprise Evaluation (Director) is a strategic leadership role. As the Director, you will be responsible for advancing the Child Mind Institute's enterprise-wide revenue strategy and ensuring disciplined, data-driven growth across clinical services, science, national programs, and global initiatives.
You will partner closely with executive leadership to evaluate new and existing business lines, identify scalable growth opportunities, and align investments with CMI's mission, financial objectives, and risk tolerance. Additionally, you will serve as a central integrator of market intelligence, financial analysis, and strategic planning, driving sustainable revenue diversification and long-term institutional impact..
This is an exempt, full-time position that requires a minimum of four (4) days per week in the office, as determined by your supervisor in our NYC headquarters office. The in-office requirement and schedule are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the organization.

Pay Range
The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
