Remote (U.S.) | PE-Backed Growth Environment | Enterprise Applications | iPaaS | M&A Integration

The Talent Source is proud to partner with a rapidly growing PE-backed industrial services organization undergoing significant expansion through mergers and acquisitions to identify a Director of Business Applications.

This is a rare opportunity to help build and shape the enterprise applications, integration, and data governance strategy for a highly acquisitive platform operating across multiple business units and geographies.

Reporting directly to the CIO, this leader will own the enterprise application portfolio, stand up the organization’s iPaaS integration backbone, drive application rationalization initiatives, and operationalize enterprise master data governance across ERP, HR/Payroll, Field Operations, Fleet/Telematics, AP/Treasury, and Analytics environments.

This is an ideal opportunity for a pragmatic, hands-on applications leader who enjoys building structure in evolving environments and partnering closely with business and operational stakeholders.

Key Areas of Focus:

• Enterprise application portfolio leadership

• Multi-year application rationalization roadmap

• iPaaS strategy, architecture, and governance

• ERP and business systems integration

• M&A integration and operating company onboarding

• Vendor, MSP, and implementation partner management

• Executive reporting and governance

Ideal Candidate Background:

• 12+ years in enterprise/business applications leadership

• Experience operating in decentralized, multi-business-unit organizations

• Strong integration/iPaaS expertise (Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Workato, etc.)

• ERP ecosystem experience such as Sage Intacct, Vista/Viewpoint, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar

• Experience leading application rationalization or post-merger consolidation initiatives

• Strong commercial acumen around SaaS licensing, vendor governance, and TCO management

• PE-backed, industrial services, infrastructure, construction, or distributed workforce experience highly preferred
