The Director of Business Analytics is a senior leader responsible for the strategy, execution, and governance of the analytics function supporting credit risk, servicing, and default management across the organization's Retail, Lease, and Commercial lines of business. This role leads a multi-disciplinary team to deliver actionable intelligence that shapes credit policy, informs executive decision-making, and ensures sound risk management practices. The Director collaborates cross-functionally with leaders across various departments to align the analytics agenda with enterprise objectives, regulatory requirements, and market conditions. The role also manages the analytics roadmap, vendor evaluation strategy, and the department's operating budget, serving as the organization's primary subject matter expert in business and risk analytics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Education
Bachelor's degree in: Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or another quantitative field required.
Overtime required – N/A
Travel 0-10% – as required on an as needed basis.
Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX.
