About the Independent Contractor (Spark Driver) Earnings Team
Our team pioneers the development of intelligent, compliant, and scalable solutions that sit at the intersection of earnings, payments, and regulation. By collaborating closely with Last Mile Operations and multiple product teams, we deliver technology that makes a tangible difference in the lives of gig workers. Leveraging machine learning and generative AI, we ensure our platforms remain ahead of industry trends, drive operational excellence, and support the company’s broader goals for innovation and compliance.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663 | Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
