A detail oriented and experienced professional with a strong background in accounting, legal, and regulatory compliance across India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, with in-depth knowledge of financial and statutory frameworks.
Professionally well networked within the logistics / supply chain industry and government/regulatorily authorities to lead and manage compliance, legal risks, taxation and respond to official notices.
The role also includes overseeing administrative and IT functions, driving business strategy, and ensuring alignment of operations with organizational goals while effectively navigating complex regulatory environments.
