The Role
The Director, Brokerage Strategy reports to the VP, Brokerage Strategy and leads efforts to develop and manage growth strategy, with a specific focus on digital asset growth within Fidelity Brokerage. This role will also manage projects aligned with the business’s broader strategic priorities. The role will collaborate with key partners including brokerage group leaders, their strategy leads, Finance – as well as leaders across business units.

The Brokerage Strategy & Planning team serves as the central catalyst for defining and driving the business’s long‑term direction. The team partners closely with senior leadership to shape strategic priorities, assess market and competitive trends, and translates enterprise objectives across our organization. Through rigorous analysis, cross‑functional alignment, and disciplined planning, the group ensures Fidelity Brokerage is positioned to capture growth opportunities and execute with clarity and focus.
The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$222,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
