EME OU (Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit) Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. Focus, Scope,& Impact:

World-class,roundedstrategycrafting(includingcreative, E2E (End to End), growth, innovation. Flywheelintegration).True E2E ownership / decision maker of the full brand bundle. OU categorydirectorswill be more focused on LRP and OU-wide projects while within markets the focusis ABPcreation / operationalization.

  • AccelerateCCTM (Coca Cola Trade Mark)performancein EMEOUthroughthoughtleadership onfrontier marketing, innovation, andenablingintegrated flywheelsexecution.

  • LeadLRPand OU-wide programs in partner with GlobalCCTMteam, the EMEOUCCTMnetwork(OU + markets)and other OU functions1)Define category/ brandgrowth/ innovationstrategies addressinghuman needs(consumer and shopper)and occasionsin an edgy and sustainable way 2)OwnE2E /Creative strategies +brandbundles(ultimate approver), includingprice positioning,creative, shopperanddesign3)Leadw/ IMXOU-wide consumer/shopperstrategies/programs, that will be further deployed by themarkets

  • Drive marketing performance and ROIleveragingdata, tech,AIand capabilitiesHasOUcategory P&Laccountability.

  • Enable and activate theOUCCTMnetwork toensurecoordination, collaboration,excellencebalancing scale with intimacy.

Experience&Critical Requirements

  • Significant marketingand leadershipexperience (10years+), includinginsight & analytics,brand/portfoliostrategies,innovation, complexmarketing programs managementand P&L ownership

  • Workedin/withall relevantmarketingdisciplines: innovation, creative strategy,connections, design,category/brandpositioning & growthstrategy

  • Led scaled, complex, cross-functionaland cross-geographical teamsand projects

  • Ledprojects thatleverageDigital/ Data as edges

  • Worked in theFrontline(e.g.Frontline Marketing)

  • Led and developedteamsdirectly

  • Advanced business, commercial acumen (RGM experience is nice to have)
