
We’re looking for a Director of Brand Marketing and PR to lead the development of best-in-class product collaborations and partnerships that drive engagement, awareness, and revenue for the Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Teen brands. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape fully integrated 360° marketing campaigns, bringing together strategic storytelling, PR, content, digital, social, retail, and experiential moments.
Strategic Attention to Detail: You understand that every touchpoint matters, from the first partner conversation to final campaign execution, and you ensure each detail reflects the highest standard for the brand.
Exceptional Communication & Relationship Management: You build trust quickly, communicate with clarity, and represent the brand thoughtfully with internal leaders, cross-functional partners, external collaborators, agencies, and talent teams.
Cross-Functional Leadership: You know how to bring teams together, create alignment, and guide complex initiatives across marketing, PR, creative, merchandising, legal, product development, and external partners.
Operational Excellence: You bring structure, discipline, and momentum to complex campaigns, managing timelines, approvals, deliverables, budgets, and competing priorities with precision.
Brand & Cultural Judgment: You have strong instincts for what feels brand-right, culturally relevant, and commercially meaningful, and can translate those instincts into thoughtful partnerships and campaigns.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $160,000-$175,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
