  • Manage the sponsorship and strategic events portfolio as a disciplined commercial investment.
  • Determine sponsorship strategy and make investment and renewal decisions based on measurable impact.
  • Maintain senior relationships with key external partners and rights holders.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
  • The candidate brings at least 12 years of experience in senior brand leadership roles.
  • The candidate has deep expertise in brand architecture, including portfolio structure, naming strategy and governance across multiple entities and markets.
  • The candidate has led a firm or enterprise-level brand repositioning from strategy through to market launch.
  • The candidate demonstrates strong editorial judgement and can shape and defend narrative at C-suite level.
  • The candidate has set and enforced brand standards across multiple international markets, ensuring consistent application at scale.
  • The candidate has guided brand through M&A and organisational change, including integration and transition states.
  • The candidate has managed sponsorship and events portfolios with clear commercial accountability and measurable return.
