What You'll Do
Plans, directs, implements, and evaluates overall development, management, and successful administration of Behavioral Health inpatient and outpatient services. Planning, organizing and development of Behavioral Health Services including, but not limited to:
Financial, Administrative operations
Supervision of Behavioral Health staff
Behavioral Health Operations
Program Development
Business Development
Strategic Planning related to program quality measures, internal and external growth
Functions under the direction of the Facility Chief Nursing Officer.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree
7 years of behavioral health leadership experience, with at least 2 years of that in a hospital setting
Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas/ or Licensed Clinical Social Worker
