
Director, B2B Demand Generation

Within our GBSG Business (QuickBooks and Mailchimp), we are seeking a Director B2B Demand Generation. This role stands up demand gen leadership for the newly formed B2B Marketing org, consolidating campaigns, programs, paid media and demand ops functions that today sit split across three motions (NTTF + Win Backs, Upgraders, DTM).
This executive will be responsible for building a high performing team of up to 40; and durable marketing strategies that accelerate adoption, strengthen product-market fit, and drive sustained revenue growth across the GBSG portfolio.

Drive focused demand capture and creation across MM products for New Logo (NTTF + Win Backs) and Install Base (Upgraders + Migrators)
Align the team to an account based funnel, progressing target accounts toward becoming Intuit customers or expanding existing accounts
Own end to end campaign ideation and execution across digital and physical channels
Partner with the BDR organization to ensure consistency in customer experience and maximize conversion to SQL
Build and Develop a High-Performance Organization
Build a culture known for accountability, partnership, quality of work, and measurable impact.
Foster tight cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing leadership.
Establish operating cadence and governance rhythms that ensure clarity and execution discipline.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) / Cost per Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQO)
Pipeline generation and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) / Revenue contribution
Accounts engaged and accounts progressed
FY27 demand responsibility spans roughly 124k ADV units and 15k IES units in aggregate across the three motions

The expected base pay range for this position is:
Sacramento $255,000 - $345,000
