
POSTION SUMMARY
The Director of Safety & Security collaborates with the Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, Chief Flight Instructor, Director of Maintenance, and Executive Vice President to develop and execute the day-to-day management and administration of company safety programs. This position is responsible for developing the company’s Safety Management System, promoting safe actions, being the company contact for safety related issues and serving as a company liaison with members of the FAA, NTSB, and other government regulatory agencies, as necessary.

TransMedics is committed to equitable and transparent compensation. The expected base salary range for this role is $163,800-$204,400 which represents the company’s current good-faith estimate of compensation for this position. Actual salary will depend on factors such as, but not limited to, candidate experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific work location. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and wellness resources).
