The Director / Assistant Vice President (AVP), Credit & Investment Risk Management (CIRM), in collaboration with the Vice President, CIRM will maintain and improve the quality of BDC’s Growth and Transition Capital (GTC) portfolio by authorizing and monitoring transactions; ensuring adherence to solid due diligence principles; providing appropriate effective challenge within established policies and guidelines. The AVP is responsible for decisioning of loan authorizations, disbursements and amendments in alignment with BDC’s risk appetite.
Growth and Transition Capital provides customized financing solutions (mezzanine, cash flow, MRR, unitranche and quasi-equity financing) to support companies’ growth.
The AVP must establish and maintain a strong relationship with Growth & Transition Capital teams through communication, training, transaction alignments, guidance and support.
