Our client is a dynamic advertising agency offering a full suite of services, including media placements, advertisement production, public relations, social media management, and event planning

Location Sheung Wan

Working days 5 days' week, Mon to Fri

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the cooperative management office
• Coordinate affairs related to the Hong Kong branch, including intermediaries and partner organizations
• Handle general documentation, including record-keeping, report compilation, and data management
• Conduct research and inquiries related to Hong Kong market information
• Provide administrative support to senior executives and cooperative teams

Requirements:

• Able to use your own experience to share and promote Japanese culture in Hong Kong
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and highly autonomous work environment
• Independent thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Native Cantonese with proficiency in English and Japanese (N2 level or above)
• 1 year or above of experience in public affairs, public relations, event coordination, or media
