The Director of Applied Technology & People Analytics is a seniorleaderresponsible for establishing and advancing LHH’s applied technology & people capabilities, including AI to support the HR & Talent Advisory business. This role combines people and data science expertise with strategic technology enablement to identify, evaluate, and implement next-generation analytic tools,platforms,andAIsolutions.

KeyAccountabilities

StrategicTechnology&People Analytics

  • Define and execute the applied technology and people analytics strategy and roadmap for the HR & Talent Advisory business, including analytic tools, platforms, and AI tools.
  • Define and evolve Advisory technology and data strategy to ensure a modern, scalable, and impactful approach to tech and analytics.
  • Work with Technology / IT to establishandoverseethebuildanddeploymentofAIagentstoenhance clientdelivery,internalproductivity,andadvisory effectiveness.
  • Identifyandassess emergingtechnologies andtools inAI,machinelearning, natural language processing, anddata visualization to informstrategic investment decisions.
  • Partner withcross-functionalteamstointegrate people analytics and datasciencesolutionsinto existing and new HR advisory offerings.

DataScience&People Analytics

  • Developframeworks for dataacquisition, governance, andintegrationacross consulting practices including dashboards and reporting.
  • Leveragedatasciencemethods,includingpredictiveanalytics,NLP, and

generativeAI,todeliver insightsthatsupportclientoutcomesandbusiness decisions.

  • Ensureethical andresponsibledata practicesthroughtransparentmodeldesign anddata oversight.
  • Ensure the integrity, validity, reliability, accuracy, and compliance of all people data and reporting.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead automation and process improvements to streamline analytics and reporting.

Innovation&Collaboration

  • Collaborate withPractice Leads, Product, andMarketingtoensure applied technologyinitiativesalignwithorganizationalgoals.
  • Facilitate partnerships within business lines, technology providers,andresearchbodiestoadvanceinnovation.
  • TranslatecomplexdataandAIinsightsintoactionablebusinessstrategies and

compellingnarrativesfor clients.

InternalEnablement&KnowledgeManagement

  • Partner with Technology / IT teams to ensure best practice design, adoption and compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance on the integration of AI into human capital and workforce design and implementation.
  • Develop playbooks, frameworks, dashboards for aggregated client analysis, and reference architectures for analytics and AI adoption across practices.
  • Train internal teams onappliedtechnology and data tools, ensuringunderstandingofdata-driven methodologies.
  • Providealignmentacrosspracticeareasandbuildefficiencythrough shared

technologysolutionsanduse cases.

  • As required,contributeto businessdevelopment andparticipatein client meetings as required.
  • 10+ years of experience in applied technology, people and data science, AI research, or technology strategy within HR, talent, or professional services environments.
  • DemonstratedsuccessinleadinganalyticsorAIimplementationinitiatives that

transformbusinessinsightsand performance.

  • Deep understandingof data modeling, machine learningframeworks, and analytic toolecosystems(e.g.,Power BI,Tableau,AzureML,or equivalent).
  • ExperienceevaluatingandintegratingAI-enabledsolutionsinto enterprise

workflows.

  • Stronganalyticalandconceptualthinking,withabilitytotranslatetechnical capabilities into business impact.
  • Exceptional communicationskills to simplifycomplex concepts for executive and client audiences.
  • Commerciallyminded,with abilityto identifyvaluecreationopportunities through

technology enablement.

  • Collaborative,innovative,andcomfortableinafast -paced,evolving environment.
  • Proficient in Python,R, orotherdata science languages; experience with LLMs and applied AI preferred.
  • Advanced degree inData Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, AI or a relatedquantitative discipline preferred.

Compensation: $160,000 - $210,000 per year plus bonus

Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.

  • Benefits: Employees who opt into benefits as part of full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis per year, Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
