This position is responsible for leading a team of associates optimizing the customer experience at Fidelity, as it relates to IRS Pre-Approved Document Amendments. The Amendment Consultant provides document and ERISA compliance support to clients and investment professionals, who sell, market and service the 401(k)/403(b) retirement business. The Amendment Consulting team supports all WI markets, including TEM, and partners closely with the Legal, Implementation Project Management, Client Relationship Management, and Sales groups to ensure successful completion of Amendments.

The Amendment Consulting team is part of the WI Implementation team within Workplace Investing (WI).
Pre-Approved Document Amendment support is offered across all markets within WI.

Stakeholders include our clients (Plan Sponsors), Managing Directors (Fidelity Relationship Managers), Senior Management, Legal, and Associates across Implementation and Internal Business Partners.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
