Reports to the VP of Applications and is accountable for directing operations and specific technologies or business areas including road mapping. This position works in collaboration with multiple stakeholders within IS and across the enterprise.
The director will maintain the relationship with the application vendor(s) to ensure that work is being completed based upon agreement and will be responsible for coordination and oversight with identified supplier(s).

Responsibilities And Duties:
40% Strategy-Collaborating with operational leadership to roadmap defined areas’ priorities. Translates the business strategy into an outcome. Drives innovation throughout the organization by challenging existing norms, thinking differently, and understanding how technology can be leveraged.
10% Relationship Management-Develops and maintains relationships with all levels of leadership, including Sr Leaders, across the organization. Ensures IT alignment with business goals and
strategies.
20% Supplier Management - Works with suppliers and, when needed, vendors to produce outcomes consistent with organizational strategy. Overseas reporting metrics, dashboards and status reporting to meet expectations for quality and performance for discretionary, support and maintenance work.
20% People Management - Directs all human resource aspects of personnel management within assigned area including selection of new associates, initial and ongoing development, evaluation, etc.
10% Financial Management - Plans, monitors and controls operating and capital budget for assigned areas of responsibilities.
As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.
