As an Alliances Deal Maker at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of our sales activities,supporting complex, multi-tower multi-million deals from qualification to closure. This is your chance to shape the Alliance dimension of high-stakes opportunities, contributing to negotiations with top-level executives, includingCxOs,and driving deals to close. You will have the opportunity todemonstrateyourexpertisein contributing to pricing and commercial strategies, leveraginginsights from our team of pricing experts.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the success in our Core and Strategic accounts, where you will create Kyndryl’s unique and compelling propositions tailored to meet market demands and customer requirements. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with internal stakeholders to gather the necessary documents and technical solutions for bid submissions. Your exceptional skills in deal crafting will be put to the test as you define winning propositions andsupport the end-to-end response for complex deals—leading the integration of Alliance content to drive the right technology outcome, structure a competitive commercial model, and align relationships to facilitate closure. Your deep knowledge of theEverpureand Dell partner programs—includingEverpure’sEvergreen//One subscription model, Enterprise Data Cloud framework, and Dell’s co-sell motions and joint go-to-market frameworks—will allow you to secure maximum benefit for Kyndryl’s deals and, most importantly, our customers.

Required Skills and Experience
Possesseshigh levelof industry-specific solutionexpertiseanddemonstratesexpertisein sales techniques
Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing bid activities and deals
10 years of experience in sales, business development, and leading the Alliancecomponentof complex, multi-tower customer negotiations
Deep knowledge of theEverpureand Dell alliance, including hands-on experience working forEverpureor Dell or previously selling their solutions in the market, inclusive of the technical aspects of AI-ready storage infrastructure, intelligent data management, and hybrid cloud connectivity
Experience selling in a matrix environment and proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders (Kyndryl, Alliance, and Customer) to drive theoptimaloutcome
Outstanding client management and relationship skills, withdemonstratedability toestablisha network of industry contacts, engage in multi-alliance collaboration, and influence senior stakeholders
Preferred Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree
Sales experience in technical solutions
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $161,520 to $290,760 based on a full-time schedule.Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California (San Francisco Bay Area): $193,920 to $348,840
California (All Other): $177,720 to $319,800
Colorado:$161,520 to $290,760
Massachusetts: $161,520 to $319,800
New York City:$193,920 to $348,840
Washington:$177,720 to $319,800
Washington DC: $177,720 to $319,800
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
