  • Build strong relationships across internal functions, including Marketing, Commercial, and Customer & Commercial Leadership, to ensure fit‑for‑market activation and sustained category momentum.

  • Monitor performance metrics and competitive intelligence, adapting plans to address market shifts and emerging trends.

  • Drive rigorous financial and operational planning, from annual targets to long‑range forecasts, providing transparency to stakeholders.

  • Enable effective compliance and risk management practices within the ARTD category in partnership with relevant teams.

  • Serve as a cultural steward by fostering collaboration, inclusion, and agility to accelerate innovation within the ARTD space.

  • Proven ability to drive brand or category strategies through franchise systems and commercial partnerships.

  • Deep understanding of local market dynamics, including retail environments, modern and traditional trade, and on‑premise channels.
