We are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager – AI Product Engineering to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven products that transform real estate investment and operational decision-making. This role combines hands-on full-stack engineering, AI/ML platform leadership, and people management, with clear ownership of cloud infrastructure and AWS environments supporting enterprise AI products.
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Architecture & Full-Stack Development
- Architect and deliver end-to-end AI products, owning both front-end (React) and backend services/APIs.
- Build modern, scalable React-based user interfaces for AI-powered workflows, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
- Design and implement backend services integrating LLMs, GenAI agents, and ML models.
- Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
- Design and deploy AI agents for workflows such as market analysis and deal underwriting.
Cloud Platform & AWS Ownership
- Own and manage AWS accounts and environments (dev, staging, production).
- Architect secure, scalable AWS solutions using Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, IAM, and VPC.
- Lead deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management of AI services.
- Establish best practices for cloud security, cost optimization, and reliability.
AI Engineering, MLOps & Delivery
- Oversee the full AI lifecycle from data ingestion to production deployment.
- Implement MLOps best practices including monitoring and model versioning.
- Benchmark models for accuracy, latency, explainability, and business impact.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor AI and full-stack engineers.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews.
- Collaborate with product, data, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years in data / software engineering.
- 3+ years in AI/ML or GenAI product development.
- 2+ years in engineering leadership roles.
- Strong experience with React, Python, and AWS.
- Experience with AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience shipping AI products at enterprise scale.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
