This is a senior client-facing leadership role focused on driving large-scale DevOps, SDLC modernization, and AI-enabled transformation programs for enterprise organizations. You will act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, helping them define and execute multi-year roadmaps that integrate modern software delivery practices, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered development workflows. The role combines account leadership, solution architecture, and consulting delivery oversight across complex enterprise environments. You will be responsible for shaping high-value transformation initiatives that span CI/CD, platform engineering, security, and AI augmentation of software delivery. Working closely with technical and consulting teams, you will guide solution design and ensure delivery excellence across strategic accounts. This position is ideal for a commercially minded technology leader who thrives at the intersection of enterprise strategy, DevOps engineering, and AI innovation.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead enterprise transformation engagements, owning strategic accounts while driving AI-enabled DevOps modernization initiatives across the full software delivery lifecycle.

  • Own and grow executive-level relationships across strategic enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of accountability for success and expansion.
  • Develop and execute account strategies focused on SDLC modernization, DevOps transformation, and AI-enabled delivery adoption.
  • Lead complex solution design for enterprise pursuits spanning CI/CD, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, and AI integration.
  • Define and communicate target architectures covering DevOps pipelines, security, compliance, observability, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Oversee delivery quality in collaboration with engagement managers, ensuring architectural integrity and successful execution.
  • Drive new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.
  • Represent the organization in executive briefings, QBRs, industry events, and strategic go-to-market initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide consultants and architects, contributing to internal capability building in AI-enabled SDLC and DevOps practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery, sales, and solutioning around client transformation goals.
  • Requirements

    This role requires extensive experience in enterprise consulting and DevOps transformation, combined with strong technical depth and executive-level communication skills.

    • 10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise technology, or professional services roles.
    • At least 5 years of client-facing leadership experience (e.g., Client Partner, Engagement Director, or similar).
    • Strong expertise in SDLC modernization, including CI/CD, test automation, release management, and value stream optimization.
    • Proven experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise software delivery and DevOps workflows.
    • Deep technical knowledge of DevOps architecture, including GitOps, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), and observability tools.
    • Strong cloud infrastructure expertise, including networking, security, identity, and scalability at enterprise scale.
    • Active AWS certification (Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional, or equivalent in Azure/GCP).
    • Proven ability to manage large enterprise accounts and lead complex, high-value pursuits.
    • Excellent executive communication, consulting, and commercial leadership skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree is an asset.
