The Director, AI-Enabled Business Solutions, is accountable for accelerating the practical adoption of AI across EAP by translating emerging capabilities into scalable, secure, and commercially valuable business solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery, ensuring AI is applied where it materially improves efficiency, client outcomes, risk management, and growth. It moves beyond experimentation into repeatable, enterprise-grade impact.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Acceleration & Business Enablement
- Identify, prioritise, and accelerate AI-enabled use cases aligned to EAP strategic priorities.
- Translate business challenges into deployable AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Drive adoption of AI across priority service lines, functions, and client offerings.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Partner with technology, product, and data teams to design AI solutions that are secure, scalable, and compliant.
- Ensure AI solutions integrate effectively with existing platforms (e.g. ARM, portals, data platforms).
- Oversee pilots through to production, ensuring clear ownership, controls, and handover to BAU teams.
Commercial Impact & Growth
- Support the development of AI-enabled propositions that differentiate EAP services and support revenue growth.
- Partner with client and market leadership to embed AI into client offerings and delivery models.
- Quantify and track value delivered through AI initiatives (cost reduction, productivity, revenue).
Governance, Risk & Responsible AI
- Ensure AI initiatives align with enterprise risk, security, data governance, and responsible AI standards.
- Establish clear decision frameworks, controls, and success metrics for AI adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on AI risk, opportunity, and prioritisation.
Stakeholder Leadership
- Operate as a senior business partner across EAP, influencing leaders without direct authority.
- Collaborate with global AI and technology counterparts to ensure alignment and reuse.
- Build AI literacy and confidence across business leadership and delivery teams.
Measures of Success
- Measurable business value delivered through AI initiatives (efficiency, growth, risk reduction).
- Increased adoption of AI-enabled solutions across EAP service lines.
- Reduction in manual effort and process friction through AI automation and augmentation.
- Successful transition of AI solutions from pilot to enterprise-scale delivery.
- Positive leadership and stakeholder feedback on clarity, impact, and governance of AI initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field required.
- Master’s degree (MBA, Technology Management, AI/Data-related discipline) preferred.
- Relevant certifications in AI, automation, cloud technologies, agile delivery, or digital transformation are advantageous.

- Experience working with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar LLM platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow automation and human-in-the-loop agentic solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise data platforms, automation tools, and service delivery technologies.
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, data, and platform teams in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Familiarity with project and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms, is preferred.
- Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, security, and responsible AI principles.
