Your New Opportunity
We are seeking three Agribusiness specialists with strong leadership capability, located across Australia, to join our team and lead their respective states through this exciting period of growth. The roles are as follows:
The Director Agribusiness is accountable for driving the operational performance of their team while fostering a high-performing, engaged culture. This role provides leadership, mentorship, and ongoing support to a team of Valuers, ensuring clear communication and strong team alignment.
The position is responsible for leading and embedding organisational change initiatives, ensuring all processes are consistently applied and optimised. A key focus is proactive performance management, including regular monitoring and reporting across key metrics such as turnaround times, quality, queries, quoting, financial outcomes, and work-in-progress.
The Director Agribusiness identifies improvement opportunities, implements performance enhancement strategies, and drives continuous operational excellence to achieve business objectives.

Our specialised team can assist with all manner of valuations, from residential mortgages to more complex valuation assignments. These may include acquisition and disposal advice, asset portfolio valuations, rental determinations and advice, capital gains tax, construction progress assessments, facilities management, family law, financial lending and borrowing, financial reporting (incorporating self-managed super funds), forensic valuations, insurance valuations, litigation, pre-purchase advice, private sale consultancy, project marketing and strategic property advice.
When buying or selling a property, reviewing property portfolio profitability, relocating business operations, or renovating existing infrastructure, our specialist team work closely with our clients to help them make informed and strategic business decisions about their property asset.
