With over $70 billion in assets, our success is driven by a culture of innovation, collaboration, and impact. We go beyond the bid—empowering our people to thrive and shape the future of the industry.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Growth
• Lead the design and execution of the go-to-market strategy to attract high-performing listing agents aligned with a modern, digital-forward platform.
• Identify and prioritize target markets; lead pilot launches, refine the model based on agent performance and seller feedback.
• Partner with Marketing and Brand teams to craft messaging and outreach campaigns that resonate with top-tier agents.
• Build long-term strategies to scale the agent network nationally, ensuring coverage, consistency, and quality performance.
Agent Network Development
• Oversee recruitment, vetting, and onboarding of seller-focused agents who reflect the company’s standards of service and professionalism.
• Develop scalable onboarding, enablement, and performance management frameworks.
• Create and manage an agent performance scoring system to drive excellence across KPIs such as list-to-sale price ratio, time-to-market, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop a vendor scorecard for the agent networks to track and manage agent engagement and performance, customized at the state or MSA level.
• Utilize agent scorecard and performance data to establish assignment recommendations and integrate them into technology workflows as new listing opportunities arise.
• Ensure all agent interactions align with company brand, compliance, and customer experience expectations.
Product & Process Development
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Legal to build tools, workflows, and systems that empower agents to perform efficiently.
• Define the agent experience roadmap—from onboarding to transaction close—ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability.
• Create internal documentation, process maps, and playbooks to support multi-state rollout and future market expansion.
What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years in real estate, proptech, online marketplaces, or operations with deep experience in agent network growth and seller-side strategy.
• Proven success launching and scaling distributed teams or agent networks across multiple states.
• Strong strategic acumen in early-stage GTM execution and market expansion.
• Deep understanding of listing-side dynamics, agent success levers, and performance management frameworks.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Highly data-driven with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Familiarity with U.S. real estate licensing, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Track record of building or scaling agent networks, franchises, or distributed partner models.
Why Join Us
• Lead one of the company’s most strategically critical growth functions.
• Shape the national expansion of a first-of-its-kind seller agent network.
• Partner with an experienced, mission-driven leadership team.
• Competitive compensation, benefits, and equity in a rapidly scaling organization
