Lead budget preparation, candidate assessment and interviews, and facilitate endorsement and approval processes through YUTP Board and JTAZU, ensuring financial assistance is awarded to eligible and deserving recipients in a transparent, equitable, and compliant manner.

Stakeholder & Board Engagement Management

Manage and strengthen strategic engagement with independent YUTP Board members and MAIPk officials by serving as Secretariat to YUTP and JTAZU. Financial Management, Reporting & Governance Compliance

Provide oversight of financial management and governance by reviewing financial analyses, reports, and status updates prior to submission to the CFO, JTAZU, and YUTP Board. Ensure zakat distributions comply with Shariah and MAIPk directives, scholarships and grants adhere to approved procedures, and OPEX and CAPEX funding drawdowns from YUTP are executed in compliance with legal, statutory, and institutional governance requirements.

  • Demonstrated understanding of financial governance, reporting, and compliance, with the ability to review financial analyses, reports, and drawdowns to ensure adherence to legal, statutory, and institutional requirements.

  • Experience working within regulated or policy‑driven environments, with exposure to shariah principles, zakat governance, or statutory compliance considered an advantage.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical capability to engage donors, industry partners, board members, regulators, and internal stakeholders effectively.
