Job Description

  • Originate, negotiate, and close new commercial acquiring partnerships with banks, PSPs, eCommerce platforms, system integrators and other industry players
  • Build and execute a structured pipeline of high-value opportunities, with measurable impact on Partnerships
  • Lead end-to-end deal cycles at a senior level: identifying prospects, aligning strategy, structuring commercial agreements, and driving execution
  • Build and scale country ( Brazil) Partnerships team with a clear revenue focus, ensuring sustainable and repeatable growth across country
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Marketing to launch new initiatives and maximize the value of every partnership
  • Own and optimize performance metrics for the partnership's revenue stream: pipeline conversion, contribution to existing and new portfolio revenues, ROI, and partner expansion
  • Represent TerraPay at industry events, positioning the company as the partner of choice for Cross border payments and Wallet Interoperability

Requirements

  • 10+ years in senior partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership roles within Banks, Payments, FinTech, eCommerce, or SaaS
  • A proven track record of originating and closing major acquiring/commercial partnerships at C-suite level
  • Deep understanding of the Cross Border payments ecosystem (banks, PSPs, fintechs and platforms) and its commercial drivers
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to design and execute scalable existing and new partner acquisition strategies
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills; confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Highly results-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, global environments
  • Willingness to travel
