Job Type Full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday
Duties Lead and direct an organization responsible for a segment of the work performed by the IS division. Identify the drivers, strategies and needs of clients' operations and lead internal change to support those operations. Provide consulting to business executives, management of multiple functions, services and units, organizational mission, vision, objectives, structure, policy setting, strategic planning. Have managers, support staff and senior technical personnel reporting to them. Influence and support the culture, values and standards of the organization. Direct, motivate and develop managers and other key personnel who report to them. Direct the development of corporate standards. Direct reviews of tools and technologies for improving performance and reducing costs. Work closely with Business Unit Support and with appropriate business areas to ensure that business needs are understood and that services provided meet those needs. Perform leadership duties, including performance reviews. Determine creative solutions to strategic and operational needs. Limited remote work permitted.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Ten (10) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Manager, Technical Lead, Team Lead or closely related occupation.
Also requires experience in the following:
Defining Data Standards to manage the healthcare Payer data within the Informatics ecosystem.
Delivering various initiatives which will lead to better health outcomes for members.
Integrating third party vendor data into the Data and Informatics ecosystem.
Translating the business requirements into technical solutions.
Selecting Tools and Technologies used for Data integration.
Maintaining the current technology stack.
Defining the roadmap of tool adoption within the Data and Informatics ecosystem.
SALARY $220,707.24 per year
